Next Generation Chronicles
22 years has passed since the event of the century happened in the wizarding world. Harry Potter successfully beat Lord Voldemort and killed him. He went on to marry Ginny Weasley and had three children, all unique and special in their own way. He settled into a job at the Ministry and worked his way up to Head Auror. Ginny Potter became a professional quidditch player.
Their children grew up hearing stories about their grandparents and all their adventures, and Ginny willingly told them about their father's great success as the Boy Who Lived. Each child related to someone more and more. James looked up to his father and saw him as everything he wanted to be. Albus looked at his grandfather, James Potter, and decided that he liked the way his grandfather's mischievous ways sounded. Lily just related to the times when her mother described her secretive helpings in all situations.
Now James is in his sixth year at Hogwarts. He has become just like his father, with his own personal trio. Who better to be part of this trio than his favorite cousin Fred and his best friend Peyton Longbottom. James has decided that this year will be the greatest year ever, a year filled with glory and chasing after the every so stunning Marissa Wood.
Al has taken a page from his brother's book. In his fifth year he has reinstated the Marauders, with a few tweaks. He has set out to claim his three best friends, and his cousin Rose Weasley is right behind him, quickly taking his "Moony" position. They have taken up two more in their plight and have begun terrorizing the school and everyone in it.
This has caused Slytherins a lot of trouble, however Scorpius Malfoy is a bit preoccupied. At the beginning of the year he claimed he can make any girl go to the annual Spring Ball, only to be shot with a dare to make Rose Weasley fall in love with him. Scorpius has now taken to wooing the half-blood, which he can't even stand. Rose cannot stand him either, and has a mind to zap him far away to never return. Scorpius is being persistent, considering if he loses he will end up in a dress for the Ball.
What Scorpius doesn't realize is he has a secret admirer. Lily Potter has developed a crush on the fifteen-year old boy. She has tried not to talk about it, but is having difficulties. Her brothers hate him with a passion, and her cousin Rose seems to be the object of his affection, but she isn't letting this stop her. She is trying to relate to how her mother got her father, and has started flirting a lot with Sean Finnigan, her very best friend who is in love with her. She has no idea, and only thinks that he is just playing along. She doesn't mean to hurt him, she just can't help the fact that she wishes to make Scorpius jealous.
Even with this love triangle, a fourth party has entered the ring. One of Rose's fellow Marauders, Vincent Krum has entered into competition with Scorpius. He does not have the nerve to tell Rose of his feelings yet will not rest until she feels for him. He is worried by the fact that Rose is suddenly the interest of Scorpius, and has realized that he must do something drastic. He is the "Peter" of the group (Al: But not the evil Peter) and has decided he needs change. So he has begun to redefine himself, becoming more of a Sirius and less of a Peter. He has gone from zero to hunk in 2.4 seconds. Will it be enough?
Theodore Lupin is having his own problems. To be honest, he has been feeling very peculiar, and this Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher is beginning to wonder. Then he realizes his problems when he turns into a werewolf and realizes that this side of him has been passed on by his father and remained latent. This is not to be helped and he has begun to pull away from his love, Victoire Weasley. Victoire is currently trying to bridge the gap, and has accepted a position as the new Divination teacher. Yet her clairvoyant abilities can't seem to figure out what is wrong with him.
Soon, the new potions master, Edward Snape is taking advantage of this. He is Severus Snape's wizard nephew who had never met the man but gladly taken his position as of late. He sees Victoire and her need to understand Teddy's problems and is beginning to devise a plan of his own to make her his. He has fallen in love with her and is certain that they only way he will get her is to expose whatever the Defense professor is hiding.
